Responsibilities include:

Administrative skills with excellent typing and grammar
Answering the phone.
Communicating with medical providers regarding patient medical record, and how to request bills/records
Interacting and meeting with clients.
Excellent computer skills are required: word, excel, etc.
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Spanish fluently required.
Hours are Mon-Fri.
No experience required.
Maintaining law firm calendar.
Social media savvy.
